Program
Master’s program, in collaboration with Ritz-Escoffier, is taught primarily in English and intended for future restaurant managers, owners and Food & Beverage Managers.
Prerequisites: Minimum 3-years Higher Education or 2-year Associate’s degree followed by at least 2-years of professional experience,
- Good level of English.

The Master of Arts program is entirely designed and developed by restaurant management and catering experts.
