Master of Arts in Restaurant Management and Entrepreneurship in 1-year

Prerequisites: Minimum 3-years Higher Education or 2-year Associate’s degree followed by at least 2-years of professional experience,
Intermediate level of French.
- Courses taught primarily in French and bilingual English.

Program Duration: 1 year, alternating program courses / internships / masterclasses.

The Master of Arts program is entirely designed and developed by restaurant management and catering experts. Program

Master’s program, in collaboration with Ritz-Escoffier, is taught primarily in French and bilingual English and intended for future restaurant managers, owners and Food & Beverage Managers.

Application

You have:
  - a good command of French,
  - at least a 3-year Higher Education diploma or a degree (in all disciplines) or a Foundation degree followed by at least 2 years of professional experience in Hospitality and F&B operations,
  - a career or investment project in restaurant business,
