Application procedure for the Bachelor of Arts

If you have a diploma or degree in any discipline (2-year Associate's degree, foundation degree, etc.), you are eligible for the Hotel and Tourism Management Bachelor of Arts program.
We offer an online application to facilitate the process.

Please note: although admission is currently open, applications will only be accepted depending on availability.
As a result of our continued growth in the number of applications, year after year, our registration deadlines are now closing sooner than ever.
If your interest in our academy is confirmed, we advise you not to delay your application.

Application and registration forms

Please send us your application with the following documents:

  1. The completed application form (online). 
  2. A scan of your:
        - national identity card (both sides),
        - or passport.
  3. A cover letter (in French or English) explaining your choice of the tourism and hospitality sector, the reasons for your application to AIM and the program that you have selected.
  4.  Scans of your last three academic reports and the qualifications or diplomas that you have obtained. 
  5. For applicants who reside outside of France, proof of a sufficient level of English (TOEFL, IELTS, English studies certificate, certification of courses taken in English, etc.).
  6. A payment of 100 € by Paypal via the online application (No need to have a Paypal account. A valid credit card will be sufficient).
    N.B .: If the candidate is admitted, this amount will be applied to the tuition fees.
    It will be reimbursed:
    - if the candidate is not accepted
    - in the case of the applicant canceling their (online) interview 48 hours in advance
    However, in the case of withdrawal following the candidate’s admission, the sum will be kept by the school.

  1. After receipt and study of their application, students will be informed whether or not they have been accepted for the next stage.
  2. If they are, then applicants who are resident in France will be sent a date for a test and an interview.
  3. English test (MCQ) and interview.
  4. Letters to students announcing their results.

Welcome and presentation day, tour of the Campus (CIUP) with lunch on the premises : Friday preceding the start of the academic year
Start of courses: first Monday of October.
