Ms. Bergund Salen graduated from “Touristik-Betriebswirt” at the University (Fachhochschule) of Munich, Germany. She began her career at the Munich Hilton. After being given responsibility for most of the hospitality services in Munich and Paris, she became responsible for training within the Paris Hilton hotel’s hospitality department. She has taught the Front Office Management and Housekeeping Management courses at AIM since 1996.
