* Restaurant table service is addressed during the first mandatory internship - at least four months in prestigious establishments, offering real, hands-on experience under the supervision of training masters.

In addition, after having completed their semester course in Art de la Table, the students demonstrate their knowledge in the field in the prestigious salons of the Ritz-Paris during their final exams, under the attentive eyes of their examiners.
